With the finalised business plan in place, the Steering Committee will host a second public meeting to formally present the final proposal to property owners and address any last-minute concerns. This meeting will serve to:
- Demonstrate changes made based on community input, reassuring residents that their voices have been heard.
- Provide a final opportunity for discussion and questions before submission.
- Encourage additional consent sign-ups, targeting property owners who have not yet committed.
- Outline the submission and approval process, explaining the next steps in the UIP’s establishment.
To maximize participation, the meeting will be promoted through:
- Email invitations and WhatsApp reminders to property owners.
- Community notice boards and social media posts.
- Flyers distributed at local businesses, churches, and shopping centers.
The Steering Committee will document the meeting through minutes, attendance registers, and recorded discussions to serve as proof of public engagement.
